Any and all bets are voided if a war is termed, or either faction gets dirty bombed. Voided bets are paid back to affected players wallets.
Bets are player vs player. Once a bet has been accepted by another player it will be locked until the war is over, where the winning party will be paid out, unless aboved mentioned rule is in action.
